I was injured at work several years ago with two different injuries, now those injuries have left me with inability to do my job as required,if I can't do my job can I be fired? And if so what legal steps can I take. I have been an employee for 26 years.

If you have medical restrictions which prevent you from doing your job, you cannot be fired and the employer must accommodate you. Please contact us at the number below for a consultation with a lawyer to discuss your situation.
