Hello. I was on LTD until Sept 30 and then had 3 months severance. I ended up breaking my right ankle in Nov and then had to have surgery early December . It now seems that I have sustainwd ome nerve damage from a tight caat. My co cern is that i was let go while on leave. Insurance stpped payong me and i had to fight to get back payment. What are my rights now as i am not able to drive therefore employment options are extremely limited?
