I had slip and fall on black ice at work on third party property, broke wrist, dealing with w.s.i.b. is there a loop hole to sue property owner for pain and suffering, its been three months wrist is still bad and wsib becoming more complicated and workplace also, want to know what I can do, thx

Unfortunately because you elected to proceed with WSIB your right to commence a tort claim against the at-fault property owner is severely limited. It is almost always adviseable to elect NOT to pursue WSIB when a tort claim (action against a third party) is available.
